脾破裂并失血性休克有效救护方法的探讨

目的探讨78例严重脾破裂并失血性休克急救护理的有效方法，以提高治愈率，降低伤残率。方法对78例严重脾破裂并失血性休克的患者进行急救护理，做到二早：早确诊，早手术，并及时抗休克、合理扩容、纠正酸中毒，是抢救成功的关键。结果78例患者均康复出院，临床治愈率100％，死亡0例，无1例发生肺部并发症及褥疮。结论做好院前急救，配合全面、及时、有效的救治，使之规范化、程序化，保证了急救护理工作快速、有效地运行，对降低伤残率及并发症有着重要的临床意义。
