| 摘 要： | 本文观察了弹性蛋白酶肺气肿豚鼠的左、右心室血流动力学变化。发现随着肺气肿时间的增长,右心室收缩压峰值(RVSP)逐步明显升高;肺气肿1月组与对照组比较差别显著,肺气肿3月组相比于对照组差别非常显著。右心室内压上升最大速率(RV dp/dtmax)在肺气肿3月组明显升高,与肺气肿1月组及对照组比较均显示显著差异。三组间左心室收缩压峰值(LVSP)和左心室内压上升最大速率(LV dp/dtmax)相当接近,差异均无显著性。表明慢性渐进性增加的肺循环阻力引起的右心室后负荷过重下,右心室血流动力学改变的动态过程为RVSP升高比RV dp/dtmax出现得早且更加明显。同时提示,这种情况下右心室主要依靠自身收缩力的增强完成泵血。

| Abstract: | Changes of left ventricular and right ventricular hemodynamics of experimental emphysema induced by intratracheal injection of elastase were reported. It was shown that RVSP rose markedly with time of emphysema by degrees; that RV dp/dtn a y of three months group after emphysema was much more significant than that of one month group and the control group respectively; that the LVSP and LV dp/dtmax were no significant differences among the three groups. These results suggest that under RV chronic overafter-load induced by increased resistance of pulmonary circulation, the RVSP rises earlier and more markedly than RV dp/dtx, and the right ventricle depends on its own developed contractibility for the main ejection of blood. |
