2007-2009年南宁市暗娼梅毒哨点监测结果分析

目的 了解南宁市暗娼人群梅毒流行状况,为制定防治措施提供参考依据。方法 2007 - 2009年连续3年的4-6月对南宁市辖区内发廊、洗脚屋、按摩店等场所的暗娼人群进行调查,问卷内容包括一般情况、安全套使用情况,同时抽血进行梅毒检测。结果 3年监测暗娼1179人,监测人群在年龄、民族、婚姻状况、文化程度等人口学特征方面差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。3年的梅毒感染率、每次安全套使用率和最近一次安全套使用率差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。2007 - 2009年暗娼梅毒感染率依次为3.2%(12/379)、6.3%(25/400)、9.8%(39/400),平均感染率6.4%。每次安全套使用率依次为34.6%、57.5%和51.8%,平均每次安全套使用率为48.2%。最近一次安全套使用率依次为73.1%、80.8%和76.0%,平均最近一次安全套使用率为76.7%。单因素分析显示年龄30岁、在婚或同居、初中以上文化者更容易感染梅毒。结论 南宁市暗娼人群安全套使用率仍较低,人员结构不同梅毒感染情况有差异。应继续加强安全套推广工作以及在今后监测过程中采取相应措施控制人员结构等混杂因素,以正确掌握暗娼的梅毒感染状况。

Sentinel surveillance of syphilis in female sex workers in Nanning city,2007-2009
