| 摘 要： | 目的调查农村社区老年人痴呆症患病率,探讨其与自评状况及社会支持的关系。方法随访安徽省某农村社区的1 090名老年人,使用10/66国际痴呆项目调查使用的诊断量表作为筛查工具,采用单因素分析和Logistic回归分析方法。结果单因素分析显示健康自评、以前与父母相处融洽、居住状况、有无亲人、日常交流和有无信赖6个方面的组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本项研究提示,在进行老年人精神健康的干预时,应把重点放在生活健康自评一般、与人交流较少的老年人群中,改善这部分老人的生活状况,多开展针对老年人的社会义务活动,增进老年人与他人的交流,达到有效预防老年痴呆症的目的 。
