摘    要:目的研究红花黄色素对实验性脑缺血大鼠的保护作用。方法结扎颈总动脉制备脑缺血模型。检测指标包括脑含水量血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的含量变化。结果红花黄色素显著降低脑缺血模型大鼠脑含水量,减轻脑水肿,升高血浆SOD含量,并降低MDA含量。结论该药对实验性脑缺血大鼠有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effects of Hsy on experimental rats with cerebral ischemia. Methods We ligated common carotid artery to prepare rat models with cerebral ischemia in order to observe the influence of Hsy on the brain water content in the area of cerebral ischemia, MDA and SOD content of plasma. Results Hsy can reduce the content of water content in brain and MDA in plasma obviously, and increase the concent SOD in plasma. Conclusion This medicine has obvious protective effects on experimental cerebral ischemia rats.
