鼻腔鼻窦异位脑膜瘤的诊治(附9例报道)

目的 探讨提高鼻腔鼻窦异位脑膜瘤临床诊治水平的方法。方法 回顾性分析9例鼻腔鼻窦异位脑膜瘤的临床资料，总结诊疗经验。结果 9例患者全部为沙粒体型脑膜瘤，临床症状无特异性，因病史长短不同而表现各异。所有病例均行手术治疗，其中2例复发，再次手术而愈。结论 鼻腔鼻窦异位脑膜瘤的治疗以手术为主，而鼻内镜手术可作为治疗该类肿瘤的重要方式。

Diagnosis and treatment of ectopic meningoma in nasal cavity and paranasal sinus-a report of 9 cases

Objective To explore procedures for improving the level of diagnosis and treatment for ectopic meningoma in nasal cavity or paranasal sinus. Methods A retrospective study was carried out among 9 cases with this lesion treated in our Hospital, carried out through careful analysis on their clinical data. Results All these 9 cases manifested themselves with no specific clinical symptoms while there was varied manifestation according to the length of ill history. They all received surgical therapy for the lesion, 2 out of them with their lesion reoccurred following the surgery and being cured by reoperation. These cases were all histopathologically diagnosed as psammomatous type of meningoma. Conclusions Surgical therapy is the first choice for the treatment of ectopic meningoma in nasal cavity or paranasal sinus, and endoscopic surgery can be taken as one of the practicable therapies for this kind of lesion.
