温针灸、中药薰蒸在半月板损伤术后康复中的疗效分析

摘    要:目的:观察温针灸、中药薰蒸在膝关节半月板损伤术后康复中的疗效。方法:将60例行膝关节镜手术的半月板损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各30例)。治疗组给予温针灸、中药薰蒸、常规功能锻炼相结合的方法治疗;对照组给予常规功能锻炼治疗。术后3个月进行膝关节功能Lysholm评分。结果:治疗组患者的膝关节功能改善程度明显优于对照组(t=5.61,P=0.000)。结论:温针灸、中药薰蒸在膝关节半月板损伤术后康复中疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of acupuncture with warmed needle combined with moxibustion and steaming washing with traditional Chinese medicine on patients after the operation on meniscus

Abstract:Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture with warmed needle combined with moxibustion and steaming washing with traditional Chinese medicine on patients after the operation on meniscus of the knee joint. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups after arthroscopic operation on meniscus of the knee joint. 30 patients in experimental group were treated with acupuncture with warmed needle combined with moxibustion, steaming washing with traditional Chinese medicine and conventional functional exercises,while others in control group performed conventional functional exercises. The scores of function of knee joint were recorded on 3 months after operation. Results:The therapeutic effect in experimental group was better than that in control group (t = 5.61 ,P = 0. 000 ). Conclusion: The therapeusis of acupuncture with warmed needle combined with moxibustion and steaming washing with traditional Chinese medicine has significant therapeu-tic effect on patients after arthroscopie operation on meniscus of the knee joint and it is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
