| 摘 要： | 乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤。每年约有30%的乳腺癌患者发生癌细胞转移现象,导致发病率及死亡率上升,成为影响其疗效的主要原因。了解乳腺癌转移、侵袭相关基因对于预防和治疗乳腺癌转移具有重要作用。我们对近年来发现的乳腺癌转移、侵袭相关基因作一综述。

| Abstract: | Breast cancer is a common female malignant About 30% per-year of patients with breast cancer has the phenomenon of malignant cell matastasis,which results in the increasing morbidity and mortality as well as the main factor affecting its therapeutic effect.Recognation of metastasis /invasion related gene will has a great significance in preventing and curing breast carcinomatous metastasis.This article reviews recent progress about matastasis/ invasion related gene of breast cancer. |
