早期康复护理干预对颅脑损伤患者预后的影响

目的　探讨早期康复护理干预对颅脑损伤患者康复的影响。方法　将颅脑损伤患者 5 7例分为两组 ,其中30例 (观察组 )采取早期康复护理干预。即 :早期进行运动功能、认知功能、日常生活活动能力 (ADL)等训练。用 Barthel指数评分法和 Fugl- Meyer评定法对两组患者在康复前和出院时进行测定。结果　出院时两组患者功能比较 ,观察组明显优越对照组 ,(P<0 .0 1) ,差异有显著性。结论　早期采取康复护理干预 ,明显改善脑损伤患者认知功能障碍 ,对肢体功能和 ADL能力有明显提高。
