2011-2015年保山市隆阳区居民户食用碘盐监测结果分析

摘    要:目的分析十二五期间(2011-2015年)隆阳区居民户食用碘盐监测结果,了解居民户食用碘盐质量及合格碘盐食用情况,为隆阳区碘缺乏病防治提供科学依据。方法采用现场半定量检测及实验室定量检测食盐中碘含量的方法,分层随机抽取的隆阳区居民户食用盐情况进行调查分析。结果十二五期间,共检测1 488份居民户食用盐,碘盐覆盖率为98.32%,碘盐合格率为98.29%,合格碘盐食用率为96.64%,碘含量中位数介于22.3 mg^35.1 mg/kg;碘盐覆盖率和碘盐合格率均呈下降趋势;山区碘盐合格率低于坝区。结论隆阳区食盐加碘的各项监测指标均超过95.0%,达到了国家消除碘缺乏病标准,但存在时间波动和地区不平衡的现象。建议盐务部门加大山区碘盐监控力度,加强健康教育,改进食盐储存方法,有效防控碘缺乏病。

Abstract:Objective To analyze households consumption of edible iodized salt monitoring results in Longyang of Baoshan from 2011 to 2015, understand the households consumption edible iodized salt quality and qualified iodized salt consumption, and provide a scientific basis to prevent and control of IDD for Longyang of Baoshan. Methods Based on surveillance regimen of national iodized salt, salt samples were tested by semi-quantitative method on the spot and then tested with quantitative method in laboratory to investigate households by stratified random sampling.Results A total of 1 488 households edible salt were detected from 2011 to 2015, fraction coverage rate of iodized salt was 98.32 %, the qualified rate of iodized salt was 98.29 %, the edible rate of qualified iodine salt was 96.64 %, the median of iodine in iodized salt between 22.3 and 35.1 mg/kg;In five years,there was a decline trend of the coverage rate and the qualified rate of iodized salt,and the qualified rate of iodized salt in the mountainous area below the flatland. Conclusions The monitoring indexes of universal salt iodization were more than 95.0 %, but also have time fluctuation and regional unbalanced in Longyang of Baoshan.Suggest officers responsible departments intensify the mountains iodized salt monitoring, strengthen health education, improving salt storage methods, effective prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders.
