急慢性淋巴细胞白血病免疫表型分析

摘    要:目的 探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)和慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL)细胞免疫表型差异。方法 应用ABCAP免疫组织化学方法,选用一系列的淋巴细胞相关抗原的单抗对169例初发ALL与38例CLL患者进行淋巴细胞表面抗原检测。结果 B-ALL患者白血病细胞的CDl9、HLA-DR阳性率较高,T-ALL患者的白血病细胞以CD7、CD5与CD3阳性率较高,CLL患者的白血病细胞除了以CDl9、CD20、CD22阳性率较高外,CD5也有明显表达。结论 对淋巴细胞白血病患者进行免疫表型分析,对于区别细胞类型,鉴别诊断有重要意义,为临床治疗提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To study the difference in expressing the immunophenotype of acute lymphocytic leukemia(ALL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia(CLL).Methods The immunophenotypes of 169 ALL cases and 38 CLL cases were determined by a panel of monoclonal antibodies with avidin-biotin-immunoalkaline-phosphatase(ABC-AP) method. Results CD 19 , HLA-DR were highly expressed in B-ALL while CD 7,CD 5 and CD 3 were highly expressed in T-ALL.In CLL,the expression of CD 5 was higher than that of CD 19 ,CD 20 and CD 22 . Conclusion The immunotyping technique is very effective in diagnosing lymphocytic leukemia and may be help for therapy.
