艾灸为主治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的疗效分析

目的观察艾灸及中药治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的疗效。方法75例患者完全随机分为2组,观察组38例采用艾灸及中约局部治疗;对照组37例采用多功能远红外线技术局部治疗。观察2组疗效,并进行比较。结果观察组治愈23例（60．5％）,好转14例（36．8％）,总有效率97．4％（37／38）。对照组37例中,治愈6例（16．2％）,好转23例（62．2％）,总有效率78．4％（29／37）。观察组治愈率60．5％,对照组治愈率16．2％。2组治愈率与总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论艾灸及中药局部治疗膝关市创伤性滑膜炎疗效明显。

The efficacy of moxibustion treatment for knee joints of traumatic synovitis

Objective To observe the efficacy of moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine for treating knee joints of traumatic synovitis. Method Seventy-five patients were randomly divided into two groups. The ob-served group included 38 cases who mainly received local treatment of moxibustion and Chinese medicine. The con-trol group had 37 cases who received treatment of far-infrared technology. Results The clinical cure rate and the total efficiency of the observed group were significant higher than those of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion The local treatment of moxibustion and Chinese medicine is an effective treatment for knee joint traumatic synovitis.
