| 摘 要： | 目的 了解基层医疗机构的消毒灭菌质量。方法 对49家区级医疗机构的现状和消毒灭菌质量监测结果进行调查分析，按卫生部《消毒技术规范》的要求进行采样和检测。结果 共监测区属医疗机构49家，监测各类样本266份，合格156份，合格率5．65％；个体诊所、村卫生室存在问题较多，消毒灭菌质量监测合格率低。结论 加大卫生行政管理力度，加强消毒工作的监督、监测及管理，全面提高医疗机构的消毒灭菌质量，预防医源性感染，确保人民群众的医疗安全。
