| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨前颌骨矫正对上颌骨生长发育的影响；检测上颌骨周围骨缝成骨的活跃程度。方法：以４０ｄＷｉｓｔａｒ大鼠建立人工双侧腭裂模型，Ｌａｔｈａｍ矫正器前颌骨矫正；应用免疫组化和原位杂交技术检测上颌骨周围骨缝ＴＧＦ－β的表达。结果：免疫组化检测，矫正第７，１４天后实验组大鼠ＴＧＦ－β的阳性表达与两对照组之间无显著性差异；原位杂交检测，从第７天开始实验组ＴＧＦ－β ｍＲＮＡ阳性表达明显高于对照组，两对照
