3种乳牙根充材料的临床疗效评价

目的：观察3种乳牙根管充填材料的临床效果。方法：492颗乳患牙随机分为3组，分别以根管充填糊剂（对照组）、碘仿氧化锌糊剂和碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂作为根管充填材料进行根管治疗，观察术后3个月、1年和3年的临床疗效。结果：碘仿氧化锌糊剂组和根管充填糊剂组术后有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂组和根管充填糊剂组术后1年、3年差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：碘仿氢氧化钙糊剂更适合作为乳牙根管充填材料。

Clinical evaluation of three root canal filling materials in primary teeth

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of three root canal filling materials in primary teeth.Methods: 492 patients with primary teeth disease were divided into three groups randomly,these teeth were obturated with root canal filling paste(control group),paste iodoform-zinc oxide eygenol and paste iodoform-calcium hydroxide respectively.The clinical efficacy was observed at 3 months,1 year and 2.5 years later after root canal therapy.Results:There was no significant difference between paste iodoform-zinc oxide eygenol group and root canal filling paste group(P>0.05),and there was significant difference between paste iodoform-calcium hydroxide group and root canal filling paste group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Iodoform-calcium hydroxide paste is more suitable for root canal therapy as root canal filling materials in primary teeth.
