| 摘 要： | 以三例淋巴结切片做为主要观察对象,对淋巴结可染小体的性质进行了探讨。无选择地抽取了30例病检淋巴结切片,观察可染小体的出现率及出现情况。观察讨论结果表明:部分可染小体是坏死细胞高度浓缩后的一种形态表现,不同于坏死细胞的核碎块。并对可染小体与组织胞浆菌、利什曼原虫、蜡样质小体的鉴别作了简要讨论。

| Abstract: | The sections of lymph nodes with different pathological changes in 30 cases were morphologically observed by light microscopy. Examination of three cases was detailed so that it could explain the properties of Flemming's stainable bodies. The results indicate that a part of bodies was the morphological feature of intensely concentrated necrotic cell. The stainable bodies are differ from nuclear debris of dead cell, histoplasmas, Leishmaniae and Hamazaki-Wesenberg bodies. |
