摘    要:目的 探讨混配农药对小鼠运动能力及抗疲劳能力的影响.方法 将160只小鼠随机分为两批,每批80只,雌雄不拘.每批小鼠又随机分为1个单剂染毒组(丙溴磷染毒组),2个混配农药组(丙溴磷与氰戊菊酯染毒组、丙溴磷与灭多威染毒组),1个对照组;混配农药组及单剂染毒组分别分为高、中、低3个染毒剂量组.染毒2 h后,第1批小鼠进行负重游泳试验,第2批小鼠摘除眼球取血,分别测定各组动物血浆葡萄糖(BS)、尿素氮(BUN)和乳酸(LD)浓度及肌酸激酶(CK)活力.结果 与对照组比较,2个混配农药染毒组小鼠BS浓度显著下降(P<0.05),BUN和LD浓度显著升高(P<0.01),CK活力显著增高(P<0.01),游泳时间明显缩短(P<0.01).结论 混配农药可降低小鼠运动能力并导致其抗疲劳能力下降.

The Influence of Mixed Pesticides on the Functions of Motion and Anti-Fatigue in Mice
Abstract:Objective To study the effect of mixed pesticide on the.functions of motion and anti-fatigue in mice.Methods Mouse were randomly divided into two mixed pesticide poisoning groups,1 single-pesticide poisoning group and 1 control group.Mixed pesticide poisoning groups and single pesticide poisoning group were redivided into high,middle and low dose poisoning subgroups.The plasma concentrations of blood sugar(BS),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),lactic acid(LD),the plasma activity of creatine kinase(CK),and the swimming experiment time were measured 2 hours after poisoning.Results Compared with control group,the plasma concentration of BS was decreased significantly(P<0.05),the plasma concentrations of BUN and LD increased significantly(P<0.0 1),and the swimming time shortened obviously(P<0.0 1).Conclusion Mixed pesticides could induced the functions of motion and anti-fatigue in mice.
