西青果脂肪油的超临界CO2萃取及其GC—MS测定

摘    要:应用超临界CO_2萃取技术对西青果进行脂肪油的提取,并用GC—MS联用技术测定了其中脂肪酸的成分及其相对含量,从中鉴定出12种成分,主要为棕榈酸、亚油酸和油酸。并与传统的石油醚萃取法相比较,其萃取时间短,得油率高。

Abstract:The fatty oils in Terminulia chebula were extracted by supercritical-CO2 fluid extraction, and their fatty acids and its relative contents were determined by GC - MS. 12 fatty acids were identified. Palmitic acid, linoleic acid and oleic acid of them are main constituents. Compared with petroleum ether extraction method, the extraction rate from SFE -CO2 is higher and extraction time shorter.
