| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察抗阻运动在心肌梗死 (MI)患者康复活动时Q T离散度、心率变异性的变化。方法 :急性MI后 2个月以上符合Ⅱ期心脏康复条件患者 72例 ,随机分为治疗组 35例 ,给予抗阻运动治疗 ;对照组 37例不参与运动治疗。运动治疗 2个月后比较患者Q T间期离散度及心率变异性差异。结果 :运动治疗组最大Q T间期变小 ,Q T离散度变小 ,心率变异性增大。结论 :适当抗阻运动有利于MI恢复期患者心电活动的稳定
