| 摘 要： | 目的观察硝酸舍他康唑软膏治疗体股癣的疗效。方法治疗组外涂硝酸舍他康唑软膏于患处,2次/d,对照组外用1%联苯苄唑软膏,2次/d。对两组试验结果进行比较。结果治疗组和对照组在停药时有效率分别为78.95%和81.43%,在停药2周后两组的有效率分别为86.84%、84.29%,两组比较差异均无显著性。结论硝酸舍他康唑乳膏治疗体股癣疗效和不良反应发生率与1%联苯苄唑软膏相似,是治疗体股癣的可靠药物。
