| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肺癌伴癌性胸水手术治疗的可行性。方法 回顾性总结了我科 18例肺癌伴癌性胸水病人的手术治疗效果。结果 临床症状及胸水控制率分别为 83%和 89%。结论 病灶切除 胸膜固定是对肺癌伴癌性胸水病人的一种创伤小、效果好的治疗方法

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of sur gical treatment for bronchogenic carcinoma associated with pleural effusion. Methods A retropective review of clinical rate of 18 cases lung cancer with pleural fusion had been operated. Results Postoperative relief rates of clinical manifestation and pleural effu sion were 83% and 89% respectively. Conclusions The pneumonectomy with pleurodesis is a good mathod with less trauma and advantages for bronchogenic carcinoma associated with cancerous plural effusion. |
