| 摘 要： | 目的观察诺维本(NVB)联合顺铂(DDP)治疗食管鳞癌的疗效和毒副反应.方法1998～2003对33例食管鳞癌患者应用NVB 30mg/m2,静脉滴入d1、d8给药,DDP 80mg/m2,静脉滴入d1～3,28天为1周期,至少治疗两个周期,全组化疗共90周期.结果 33例患者中有效率为44.79%(15/33),CR 1例,PR 14例,SD 12例,PD 6例,主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制,以白细胞减少为主,其发生率为100%,本组全部经锁骨下静脉置管给药,故静脉炎发生率很低,其他毒性较轻.中位生存时间为9.6个月(2～24个月).结论诺维本联合顺铂治疗食管鳞癌疗效好,毒副反应可以耐受.

| Abstract: | To evaluate the efficiency and toxicity of combination chemotherapy with vinorelbine cisplain in the treatment of esophageal cancer. Methods From January 1998 to January 2003, 33 patients with esoph-ageal squamous cell cancer were enrolled in study. Vinorelbine 30mg/m2, iv, d1 and d8; DDP mg/m2, iv, d1 to d3, every 4 weeks. Results All eligible patients were assessed for response and 1 achieved a complete response, 14 achieved a confirmed partial response; the total effective rate is 44.79% . Median survival of the whole group was 9.6 months. Toxicity was mainly related to neutropenia, other toxicity seldom occur. Conclusion Vinorelbine and cisplatin represents a well-tolerated active palliative regimen for patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the oesophagus. |
