| 摘 要： | 通过对全院临床初、中级医师以实验诊断学理论（病理学、血药浓度、输血知识、感染控制、临床检验和病例分析）和医疗法规制度（医疗法规、电子病历、医保知识）的培训考核，发现其中存在的问题，提出管理者在今后工作中应加强培训那些被医师轻视的学科，拓宽医师的知识面，完善各学科临床技能考核内容和评分标准，以一个标准，实行多站式考核，使之成为合格的医师。
