偏头痛脑血管TCD改变与临床表现关系的研究

摘    要:利用经颅多普勒超声仪,探测了偏头痛130例头痛间歇期的颅内主要动脉。所有颅内动脉平均流速(MFV)均明显高于正常对照组,随头痛严重程度的增加MFV有增高的趋势。提示偏头痛与颅内动脉机能改变有关,左侧大脑前动脉的MFV随头痛程度加重而增高。

Abstract:Transcranial Doppler Ultrasonic(TCD)was used for examination of 130 patients with migraine during the headache-free period. It is found that the mean flow velocity (MFV) was significantly higher on all intracranial arteries in migrainneurs than that in controls. This study was stress in the relationship of the TCD findings with both the headache' s degree and it's sides. The result indicated that: (1)only the MFV of the left intracranial artery was related with the headache degree (P<0. 05); (2)the intracranial arteral elevations of MFV in patients were significantly associated with the severity of migraine headaches (P<0.01), but were most often diffuse and could not be related to the side of headache.
