| 摘 要： | 目的与方法回顾厦门地区1997年11月至2003年11月育龄妇女孕前用酶联吸附法(ELISA)做TORCH筛查中的3项(弓形体、风疹病毒、巨细胞病毒).结果与结论共筛查43050例,阳性率分别为:3.5%、0.2%、3.1%.并对城市与农村的感染者进行了比较分析和跟踪治疗.通过对本地区育妇孕前TORCH筛查的回顾分析,为指导今后我市的优生工作具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | There are totally 43050 women having analysis of TORCH by EL before pregnancy and the positive rate of Toxo, RubV, and CMV was 3.5%, 0.2% and 3.1%, respectively. And comparative analysis and tracking treat was done to the city and rural infection patients. These works will have great importance in guiding family plan of our city. |
