| 摘 要： | 对１３６例冠心病患者和１００例正常人进行上肢体感诱发电位（ＳＥＰ）检测。结果发现，冠心病患者ＳＥＰ异常６２例（４５．６％），轻度异常５７例，中度异常５例。ＳＥＰ异常主要表现为Ｎ＿３波潜伏期延迟，Ｎ＿１、Ｎ＿２、Ｐ＿３波波幅不对称。提示冠心病患者存在神经机能障碍。ＳＥＰ可作为早期发现冠心病病人神经系统异常的灵敏指标。

| Abstract: | The median nerve somatosensory evoked potentials(SEP)were in Nestigated in 136 patients with coronary heart disease. As a Result: SEP showed abnormalities in 62 Patients, 45.6%, abnormal percentage(SEP) was, abnormal manifestation were delay of the peak latency such as N_3 wave and diminution of the peak amplitudes Such as P_3 ,N_1 or N_2 complex. These results suggested the pathological changes of nervouS system in coronary heart disease. SEP measurement might be considered as a senSitive approach in early diagnosis of neuropathies in coronary heart disease. |
