| 摘 要： | 目的：评价某些中药对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用。方法：应用多巴色素法浏定对酪氨酸酶的抑制活性，底物为L-酪氨酸，在
490 nm处浏定吸光度。结果：检查了20种中药乙醇提取物对酪氨酸酶的抑制活性，其中芦荟、熟地黄、当归等中药抑制作用
较强。结论：某些中药可用于药品或化妆品中治疗色素沉着过多症。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate some of Chinese crude drugs for inhibitory activity on tyrosinase.METHODS:Tyrosinase inhibitory activity was determined by the dopachrome method using L tyrosine as the substrate and the amount of dopachrome in the reaction mixtrue was messured as absorbance at 490 nm.RESULTS:The 50% ethanolic extracts of 20 Chinese crude drugs were examined for inhibitory activity on tyrosinase.Of the 20 extracts,Aloe vera var.chinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa and Angelica sinensis showed a potent inhibition.CONCLUSION:Some of the crude drugs could be used in medicines or cosmetics for the treatment of hyperpigmentation. |
