甲醛甲酚根管封药后不良反应分析

目的 观察分析甲醛甲酚根管封药后不良反应。方法 随机选取160例甲醛甲酚根管内封药患者,分别于3日及1周时统计其不良反应。结果 45％患者封药后发生炎症反应,87.5％患者产生气味不适,且3日时不良反应率高于1周时。结论 甲醛甲酚根管封药后有近半数的患者发生显著炎症反应,给患者带来不适及潜在危害,应考虑使用安全、高效、无刺激性的药物替代它。

Analysis of Formo Cresol after it Being Sealed in Root Canals

Objective To observe and analyse the adverse reactions of formo cresol after it being sealed in root canals. Methods We choosed 160 cases, observed the adverse reactions of formo cresol after it being sealed in the root canal on the third day and on the seventh day accordingly. Results 45% cases had inflammatory reactions and 87. 5% cases had uncomfortable feeling to the smell, the rate of all kinds of the adverse reactions on the third day is higher than that on the seventh day. Conclusion Almost half of the cases had obviously inflammatory reactions after sealing formo cresol in the root canals, formo cresol may bring many unconveniences and some potential dangers to the patients. We think it should be replaced by safe drug with high efficiency and no stimulus.
