| 摘 要： | 在过去几年中，多发性骨髓瘤的治疗取得了很大的进展。新型靶向治疗药物使骨髓瘤的治疗迈入了一个崭新的时代。各种不同作用机制药物的联合进一步改善了骨髓瘤的治疗效果。在新药治疗时代，对骨髓瘤细胞生物学特性的深刻把握，使得临床医生科学地制定抗瘤策略至关重要。对药物作用机制认识的不断深化也有助于最大限度地发挥药物治疗骨髓瘤的效果。文章就上述领域问题作一述评，以期引起广大同行的关注。

| Abstract: | Many progresses for the treatment of multiple myeloma have been made since last decade.The application of novel target agents has brought the treatment of multiple myeloma into a new era.The outcomes of multiple myeloma have also been greatly improved with mechanism-based combinations of various agents.It is emphasized that clinicians should better understand the biological characteristics of myeloma cells and the anti-myeloma mechanisms underlined.In this review,the author will review the current status and make a prospective discussion in this field. |
