琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片降压效果评价

目的评价琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片降压效果及安全性。方法I组：30例新发轻、中度原发性高血压患者，服用美托洛尔缓释片47．5mg／d，共4周。如血压未达标，仍大于140／90mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），则将关托洛尔缓释片加到95mg／d，继续用4周，若血压仍未达标则另加用长效钙拮抗剂非洛地平5mg／d至12周。Ⅱ组：20例既往服用美托洛尔平片的原发性高血压患者，按照等量替换的原则，即47．5mg美托洛尔缓释片替换50mg美托洛尔平片，总观察时间4周。观察降压效果、心率及血液生化指标变化等。结果患者服用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片47．5～95．0mg，每天1次，4～8周后，80％以上降压迭标，并能维持24h持续降压效果；在心率方面，美托洛尔缓释片有轻度的减慢作用，未出现严重的心动过缓（心率小于55次／分），没有看到其明显血糖、血脂代谢紊乱及肝功能酶、肌酐升高的毒副作用；另外按照等量替换原则将美托洛尔平片替换为缓释片其降压效果相当。结论作为传统降压药物的新型制剂，美托洛尔缓释片降压作用肯定，价格适中，安全可靠，值得临床进一步推广应用。

Evaluation of the effect on metoprolol succinate sustdined release tablets in reducing blood pressure

Objective To evaluate the effects and safety of metoprolol succinate sustdined release tablets in lowering blood pressure. Methods Group I ：30 patients with mild or moderate hypertension, Taking 47.5 mg/d of metoprolol suceinate sustdined release tablets for 4 weeks. If blood pressure did not reach the target （〉 140/90 mm Hg） ,metoprolol succinate sustdined release tablets should be added upto 95 mg/d for 4 weeks continiously. If blood pressure did not reach the target,the felodipine sustained release tablets should be given by 5 mg/d for 12 weeks. II Group：20 patients have fake metoprolol tartrate tablets already, in accordance with the principle of equal replacement （metoprolol succinate sustdined release tablets 47.5 mg replaced Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets 50 mg）, The total observation time was 4 weeks. Reduction in blood pressure, heart rate and blood biochemical changes, ete must beobserved. Results Among the patients taking metoprolol succinate sustdined release tablets 47.5--95.0 mg/d,after 4 --8 weeks,more than 80% had reach the target, and could maintain a sustained antihypertensive effect of 24 hours; In the heart rate,metoprolol succinate sustdined release tablets had a effect of slowing down the prcesure midling,af the sametime,it did not appear severe bradycardia;and did not see the obvious adverse effects such as blood glucose/ lipid metabolism disorders and liver enzymes, creatinine increased. In accordance with the principle of equal replacement, it had no difference in lowering blood pressure between metoprolol succinate sustdined release tablets and metoprolol tartrate tablets. Conclusion Metoprolol succinate sustdined release tablets as a new pharmaceutics for traditional antihypertensive drugs,has antihypertensive effect, prices is reasonable, and it is safe and reliable, so it is worthy of popularizing use in clinical.
