手术治疗58例踝关节骨折的临床效果观察

目的研究手术治疗踝关节骨折的临床效果,为其进一步深入考究提供科学依据。方法将58例确诊为踝关节骨折的患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组采取经典的手术治疗方法,对照组采取传统的非手术治疗方法,最后进行统计学分析。结果试验组与对照组比较,在疼痛程度、踝关节的稳定性、运动能力、踝关节活动范围X线测量距骨移位,以及踝穴关节间隙的变化等方面存在差异性（P〈0.05）。结论手术治疗较传统的非手术治疗有其明显的优势,在减轻患者疼痛、提高其运动能力及踝关节的稳定性、减少并发症的发生和增大其活动范围方面疗效显著,在临床应用中具有积极意义。

Observation of clinical effect of operative treatment for 58 cases with ankle fracture

Objective Study the clinical effect of operative treatment for ankle fracture,provide a scientific basis for its clinical application.Methods 58 patients received which diagnosed ankle fracture were divided into intervention group and control group by random,the intervention group for operative treatment,the control group was given a conventional non-surgical treatment.The results were statistically analyzed.Results The two groups differ greatly in pain degree,stability of ankle,sports ability,range of motion of ankle,X-ray measurement of talus shift,reducing complications and changing of joint space of ankle point （P〈0.05）.Conclusion To compare the traditional non-surgical treatment,the operative treatment has a significantly efficacy in reducing pain,improving sports ability,increasing stability of ankle,reducing complications and expanding the range of motion,which with a positive significance in clinical application.
