双引导乳腺管切除术应用及体会

目的　探讨以最小的手术创伤达到治疗因乳腺大导管病变致乳头溢液的目的。方法　经乳头溢液孔注入亚甲兰 ,同时插入金属导丝两种方法同时引导手术切除病变乳腺管。结果　 12例病人经此法治疗 ,术后随访两个月 ,症状完全消失。结论　双法引导乳腺管切除术治疗乳腺大导管疾病疗效好 ,手术创伤小 ,手术时间短。

Resection of galactophore under double-guide

ObjectiveTo explore the method for treating nipple discharge with minimal surgical trauma. Methods Methylthioninium Chloride was infused into the lactiferous vessel from debouch of nipple discharge and followed a wire guide inserting,the galactophore was resected under the double-guide.Results Twelve patients with nipple discharge were treated using the double-guide method.The symptom disappeared completely in these patients during the postoperative follow-up of 2 months.Conclusion It is a favorite approach for the resection of diseased big duct in breast with double-guide technique,for it leaves light surgical trauma and short duration of operation.
