| 摘 要： | 报告６０例尿毒症异常心电图的表现，主要为缺血性ＳＴ－Ｔ改变及心律失常。采用透析治疗（４１例）后可纠正异常心图，其中包括严重高血钾或洋地黄中毒引起Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞及室怀血主心律４例，控制高血压及纠正贫血可使心肌缺血性改变获得改善。分析尿毒症异常心电图改变的意义对治疗进行探讨。

| Abstract: | The manifestations of 60 case with Uremic abnormal electrocardiogram (ECG) are reported. Ischaemic S-T wave change and abnormal heart rhythm were included. Forty - one cases were treated by dialysis and the abnormal ECG was corrected. Among them 4 cases of third degree A- V block and idioventricular rhythm caused by serious hyper-katemia or digitalis toxication were recovered after timely blood purification. The ischaemicr myocardiac change may be improved controlling hypertension and cometing aneemia. |
