更年期抑郁患者的脑电非线性分析

摘    要:目的探讨更年期抑郁患者安静闭眼状态下脑电非线性动力学特性的变化规律.方法用近似熵(ApEn)对18名更年期抑郁患者和18名同年龄段正常妇女在安静闭眼状态下的脑电数据进行分析.结果与正常对照组比较,安静闭眼状态下更年期抑郁患者大脑皮层的大部分区域ApEn出现增高.结论脑电非线性分析可以相对客观和准确地观测到更年期抑郁患者的皮层变化.

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the changes of non-linear dynamics characteristics of EEG of the patients with menopause depression under eyes closed state.MethodsEEG were recorded in 18 patients with menopause depression and 18 healthy volunteers under eyes closed state. Approximate entropy (ApEn) was calculated for all subjects.ResultsApEn of the menopause depression group at eyes closed state increased significantly compared with that of the healthy control group.ConclusionDynamic non-linear analysis is more appropriate for the study of mental functions changes of menopause depression.
