成功老龄判别标准的稳定性分析

目的 检验成功老龄判别标准的稳定性。方法 以ＭＭＳＥ总分大于界值４分,ＡＤＬ总分小于或等于１５分,目前心镜及情绪的自我评价良好,躯体无伤残四项指标作为成功老龄的评价标准,采用整群分层的抽样方法,在５年间两次调查上海市静安区的同一批社区老年人,并按不同的性别,年龄,教育程度分层,以卡方检验和Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归法比较前后两次成功老龄的检出率。结果 １．首次共调查４０７５名老人,以６０岁以上每５岁为一组,各年龄段的成功老龄检出率分别为６７％,５８．１％,５０．２％,３５．８％,１８．２％,１１．４％;５年后再次调查时实访３０５０人,各年龄段的成功老龄检出率分别为６１．９％,５７．７％,４６．３％、３７．６％,２４．２％和１０．３％,两次结果无显著性差异（χ＾２＝０．９５７,ｄｆ＝５,ｐ〉０．０５）;２．按两次调查的

The analysis of stability for discriminating standard on successful aging

Objectives: To test the stability of discriminating standard for successful aging. Method: The same elderly population was investigated two times among 5 years in Shanghai > and following screening standards for successful aging were applied: 1) total scores of MMSE was greater than 4 above the cutoff) 2) total scores of ADL was less than or equal to 15 ; 3) good or excellent self-estimate in current mood; 4) no motor disability. According to different sex, age and education, the detecting rates of successful aging between two times of investigation were compared. Results: 1)4 075 cases was completed in first investigation, 3 050 cases in second investigation; 2) In each groups of 5 year range, the detecting rates on successful aging was 67% , 58. 1%, 50. 2%, 35. 8% , 18. 2% , 11. 4% in first investigation, and 61. 9% , 57.7%, 46. 3% , 37. 6% , 24.2%, 10. 3% in second investigation respectively, and they were not significantly different (X2 = 0. 957,df = 5,p>0. 05); 3) There were also no significan differences on sex and education at each age group. Conclusion: The discriminating standard on successful aging was stable and credible.
