| 摘 要： | 为探讨二维超声心动图（２ＤＥ）与核素心肌显（ＥＣＴ）对冠心病（ＣＡＤ）诊断的价值，本文以冠脉造影（ＣＡＧ）为标准，将不包括心肌梗塞的２７例临床诊断或疑诊ＣＡＤ患者的２ＤＥ与ＥＣＴ检查结果进行统计分析，结果表明：二种方法对冠心病的诊断有显著性差异，ＥＣＴ敏感性高于２ＥＤ，Ｐ〈０．０１；２ＤＥ特异性（９１．７％）高于ＥＣＴ（５０．０％）。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the value of two diagnosis on coronaryatherosclerotic heart disease (CAD) by Two-dimensional Echocardiography (2DE) andEmission Computed Tomography (ECT). By the standard of coronarography (CAG),this paper studies and analyzes the test results of 2DE and ECT of 22 cases of coronaryatherosclerotic heart disease (CAD) excluding those of myocardia infarction, whichshow that 2DE apparently differs from ECT in that the sensitivity of ECT (80%) ishigher than that of 2DE(33. 3 % ) (P<0.01)and the specificity of 2DE(91. 7 % ) is higherthan that of ECT(50% ) (P<0. 05). |
