细胞增殖核抗原表达与垂体腺瘤生物学行为的关系

目的 :探讨垂体腺瘤中细胞增殖核抗原 (PCNA)表达与肿瘤发生及生物学行为的关系。方法 :对 6 0例垂体腺瘤患者应用免疫组化SP法检测细胞增殖核抗原在侵袭性垂体腺瘤与非侵袭性垂体腺瘤中的表达。结果 :PCNA的表达在侵袭性腺瘤组明显高于非侵袭性腺瘤组 ,复发组明显高于非复发组。临床方面 ,侵袭性腺瘤组和非侵袭性腺瘤组在肿瘤大小、瘤内出血坏死、囊变发生率方面有显著差异。结论 :PCNA的高表达与垂体腺瘤的发生及生物学行为改变密切相关 ,可做为反映瘤侵袭性的参考指标。侵袭性垂体腺瘤多为大腺瘤 ,肿瘤出血、坏死、囊变发生率高 ,肿瘤增殖能力强。

The Expression of PCNA and Biological Behavior in Pituitary Adenoma

Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of PCNA and biological behavior in pituitary adenoma.Methods:To collect clinical information. The expression of PCNA was examined by immunohistochemical SP methods in 60 pituitary adenomas.Results:The invasive group and recurrent group had a higher expression of PCNA. Significant clinical difference exisited between two groups in size, the incidence of hemorrhage, nerocsis and cystic components.Conclusions:The abnormal expression of PCNA may play roles in change of biological behavior in pituitary adenoma, which can be taken as an indicator to evaluate the tumor invasive potential and prognosis. Invasive pituitary adenoma was larger and had a higer incidence of hemorrhage, necrosis and cystic components.
