营养状况综合评分法在口腔颌面恶性肿瘤患者的应用

摘    要:本文采用营养状况综合评分法(GNS)对127例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者进行了营养评价,结果36.2%(46/127)营养不良,63.8%(81/127)营养良好。比较这两个营养组病人的实验室营养指标值差异,发现白蛋白、运铁蛋白和肌酐身高指数差别有显著性(P<0.05),说明GNS与用于营养评价的实验室指标有良好的一致性。营养不良组病人术后并发症发生率(48.3%)显著高于良好组(19.4%)(X~2=6.637,P<0.01),提示GNS可用于估价口腔颌面恶性肿瘤的手术预后。

THE APPLICATION OF GENERAL NUTRITIONAL STATUS SCORE TO PATIENTS WITH ORAL AND MAXILLOFACIAL MALIGNANCIES
Abstract:General Nutritional Status Score (GNS) was used to evaluate the nutritional status of 127 consecutive patients with oral and maxiilofacial malignancies. 36.2% of our patients had poor nutrition, 63.8% good. Comparing the differences of nutritional laboratory tests between these two group patients, it was found that the differences of serum albumin, transferrin and creatinine-height index (CHI) had statistical significance, which showed an excellent agreement between GNS and nutritional laboratory test. Malnourished patients had a significant higher postoperative complication rate (48.3%) than well-nourished patients (19.4%) (X~2=6.637, P<0.01), which indicated that GNS could be used as a prognostic index.
