摘    要:目的 研究nm23、p53基因在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学S-P法分别检测76例乳腺癌组织、10例乳腺良性病变中nm23、p53基因蛋白的表达。结果 nm23、p53蛋白在乳腺癌阳性表达率分别为44.74%、57.89%,在乳腺良性病变中阳性率分别为50.00%、0。nm23蛋白表达与组织学分级有关(P<0.05);p53蛋白在乳腺良恶性组织之间表达差异有显著性(P<0.01)。nm23、p53基因蛋白的表达与腋窝淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01),与组织学类型、年龄、肿块大小无关(P>0.05)。nm23与p53之间在乳腺癌中表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 nm23、p53基因参与了乳腺癌的发生发展过程。联合检测nm23、p53基因蛋白对预测乳腺癌淋巴结转移及判断预后有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of oncogenes nm23, p53 in breast carcinoma and cli-ninical significances. Methods The expression of nm23, p53 was detected by immunohistochemical S-P methods in 76 cases of breast carcinoma and 10 cases of benign breast diseases. Results The positive expression rate of nm23, p53 were 44. 74%, 51. 89% in breast carcinoma and were 50. 00%, 0 in benign breast diseases respectively. The expression of nm23 in breast carcinoma was in connection with histological grades(P<0. 05). The expression of p53 had significant difference between breast carcinoma and benign breast disease(P<0. 01). The expression of nm23, p53 geneproteins in breast carcinoma was correlated with axilliaris lymph node metastasis(P<0. 01), but was no correlation with histological types, age, tumor diameter(P>0. 05). There was negative relationship between expression of nm23 and p53(P<0. 05). Conclusion Oncogenes nm23, p53 may play an important role in the development and progression of breast carcinoma. The combined detection of nm23, p53 geneproteins has positive effects on predicting the lymph node metastasis and deciding the prognosis of breast carcinoma.
