甲亢和甲减患者血脂和载脂蛋白的变化

本文观察35例Graves 甲亢(GD)和20例甲状腺功能减退(甲减)患者药物治疗前后血脂和载脂蛋白(APO)的变化,GD 患者治疗前血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和APOB 均明显降低,经抗甲状腺药物(ATD)治疗甲亢缓解后,上述指标恢复正常。治疗前后GD 患者血清甘油三脂(TG)及APOA 浓度无明显变化。治疗前血清TC、APOB 浓度与T_3,T_4水平呈负相关。甲减患者治疗前血清TC、TG 和LDL-C 高于对照组,替代治疗后,其浓度降至正常。患者APOB 浓度比治疗前下降,但治疗前后血清HDL-C 和APOA 水平无显著变化。治疗前血清T_c与血清T-3、T_4浓度呈负相关。

Serum lipids and apolipoprotein A and B changs in Patients with hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism before and after treatment

The serum concentration of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)and the apolipoproteins(APO)A and B were measured in 35 hyperthyroid and20 hypothyroid patients before and after treatment.In patients with hyperthyroidism,the serum levels of TC.HDL-C,LDL-C and ApoB were markedly decreased before trea-tment as compared to the values after treatment and the control values.They becamenormal in remission after therapy.The TG and ApoA concentrations were not statisticallydifferent before and after treatment,The serum levels of TC and ApoA were negativelycorrelated to the serum T_3 and T_4 values before treatment.In hypothyroid patients,theserum levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were significantly higher before treatment ascompared to that of the control group.There was no difference bewteen the treatedpatients and the controls.The HDL-C and ApoA concentrations were identical before andafter replacement therapy,however,the ApoB level became lower after treatment.Therewas a negative correlation between the serum TC level and T_3 and T_4 values.Thesefindings emphasize the important role of thyroid hormone on lipid and apolipoproteinmetabolism.
