| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定清胰利胆颗粒中丹皮酚的分析方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱Agilent TC-C18（4.6×250mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（30：70）,流速为1mL·min^-1,柱温为30℃;检测波长：284nm。进样量：10μL。结果：方法学考察表明,丹皮酚进样量在0.02278-0.3417μg范围内具有良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为100.24%,RSD为0.59%（n=7）。结论：该方法准确、简便、快速,可用于清胰利胆颗粒中丹皮酚的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To analysis method for determination of Paeonol qingyilidan particles in HPLC method.Methods：The chromatographic column was Agilent TC-C18（4.6×250mm,5μm）,mobile phase was-0.1%phosphoric acid solution（30：70）,the flow rate was 1mL·min-1,column temperature was 30℃;the detection wavelength：284nm.Sample size：10μL.Results：the methodological study showed that,paeonol injection has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.02278-0.3417μg（r=0.9999）,the average recovery rate was100.24%,RSD was 0.59%（n=7）Conclusion：.the method is accurate,simple,rapid method for the determination of content,can be used for paeonol qingyilidan particles in. |
