| 摘 要： | 从1982年起对44例股骨颈骨折采用多螺纹针内固定加带旋髂深血管蒂骨瓣、多蒂髂骨瓣、多血管束植入（或含肌骨瓣）等手术治疗。44例中有42例骨连接,骨愈合率95％。随访2年以上35例,有3例发生骨连接后迟发性股骨头塌陷,坏死率占8.5％。

| Abstract: | Since 1982, we have treated 44 patients of femoral neck fracture, using screw internal fixation and transplantion of deep iliac circumflex vascular pedicle ilium bone,multi-pedicled ilium bone and multiple vascular branches. The results showed that 42 cases(95%) were union of fracture. 35 cases were followed up over 2 years ,2 case were non-union and asceptic necrosis of the femoral head occurred in 3 cases. |
