门冬胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床观察

目的观察门冬胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2009年1月至2009年6月本院内分泌病区收治的T2DM患者80例,随机分为两组,治疗组40例,对照组40例。治疗组给予门冬胰岛素（诺和锐）皮下注射治疗,对照组以诺和灵R皮下注射治疗,取这10周空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖作为临床观察指标,治疗结束时测糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）。结果治疗组组内空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及HbAlc治疗前后比较差异有明显统计学意义（P〈0.01）;对照组组内空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及HbAlc治疗前后比较,差异有明显统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及HbAlc明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）,低血糖发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论门冬胰岛素能更好的降低血糖、糖化血红蛋白及低血糖发生率。

Insulin Aspart Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To observe the treatment of type 2 diabetes,insulin aspart efficacy and safety.Methods January 2009～June 2009 endocrine ward admitted to our hospital 80 cases of T2DM patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group of 40 patients in the control group of 40 patients.Group was treated with insulin aspart（aspart）subcutaneous treatment,the control group Novolin R subcutaneous treatment,take this 10-week fasting glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose as an indicator of clinical observation,treatment,measured at the end of glycated hemoglobin（HbA1c）.Results The treatment group,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h plasma glucose and HbAlc significant difference between before and after treatment statistically significant（P〈0.01）;control group fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h plasma glucose and HbAlc before and after treatment,the difference was significant statistical significance（P〈0.01）;After treatment,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h plasma glucose and HbAlc was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.01）,the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The insulin aspart better able to reduce blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin and hypoglycemia incidence.
