| Abstract: | We report a patient who developed a proliferating trichilemmal cyst on his shin. Histological examination revealed the typical features of this lesion. Proliferating trichilemmal cysts characteristically occur on the scalp and occasionally on the upper trunk. We describe the first example of this uncommon condition on the leg. |
