| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨马兜铃酸肾病患者伴发泌尿系肿瘤情况，提高认识和诊断水平。方法：复习国内外文献，回顾分析1例马兜铃酸肾病伴发泌尿系肿瘤癌患者的临床资料。结果：长期服用含马兜铃酸药物史，并确诊为马兜铃酸。肾病，肾功能不全并发血尿的患者，手术证实肾盂移行细胞癌。结论：马兜铃酸肾病患者出现无痛肉眼血尿时，高度怀疑泌尿系肿瘤发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the urinary carcinoma in patients with aristolochic acid nephropathy(AAN),in order to improve the levels of diagnosis.Methods:The clinical data of 1 case with AAN was analyzed and review of literature.Results:Renal insufficiency caused by AAN was diagnosed in 1 patient after taking the medicine containing aristolochic acid(AA) for a long time(15 years).Urinary examination of the case showed the red cells which had carcinoma of the left renal pelvis by the pathological examination after surgical operation.Conclusion:AAN is associated with the developing urinary tumour when a patient with AAN has an obvious hematuria. |
