摘    要:目的 探讨大剂量强的松口服抢救外伤性视神经病变的疗效。方法 29例(29眼)外伤性视神经病变患者为治疗组,应用大剂量强的松口服,配合高渗脱水剂、神经营养剂及血管扩张剂等治疗 另31例(31眼)外伤性神经病变患者为对照组,仅用高渗脱水剂神经营养剂、血管扩张剂及B族维生素治疗。结果 治疗组中22例显效,占75.9%;4例有效,占13.8%;总有效率为89.6%。而对照组中,6例显效,占19.4%;6例有效,占19.4%;总有效率为38.7% 两组具有非常显著差异 结论 大剂量强的松口服抢救外伤性视神经病变有显著疗效

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of high dose prednisone as an emergency treatment of traumatic optic-neural lesion. Methods Twenty-nine cases (29 eyes) of traumatic optic nerve lesion were treated with high dose prednisone. in combination with hypertonie dehyranl, neural nutrient and vascular dilator; 31 cases (31 eyes) were used as control, treated with hypertonie dehyrant. neural nutrient, vascular dilator and vitb. Results In the treatment group, the overall effective rate was 89.6%. 22 cases (75.9%) with significant effect and 4 cases ( 13.8%) with effect.In the control, the overall effective rale was 38.70%. 6 cases (19.4%) with significant effect and 6 cases (19.4%) with effect. The difference between the 2 groups was significant. Conclusion In emergency eases, oral administration of high dose Prednisone has remarkable effect on traumatic optic nerve lesion.
