雌激素受体及其与乳腺癌相关性研究进展

摘    要:乳腺癌作为一种激素依赖性肿瘤,其发生、发展与雌激素受体的表达密切相关。雌激素可调节多种生理过程,例如细胞生长、增殖、发育和分化。而雌激素受体与雌激素结合可激活相关通路从而产生一系列生物学效应。对雌激素受体结构特征、雌激素受体与乳腺癌的相关性与信号转导途径,以及雌激素受体调节剂、雌激素受体拮抗剂研究进展进行综述,为进一步深入研究雌激素受体在乳腺癌发生发展中的作用及分子机制提供理论基础,并为设计新颖候选药物提供思路。

Abstract:Breast cancer is a kind of hormone-dependent tumor. Its occurrence and development are closely related to the expression of estrogen receptor. Estrogen regulates various physiological processes such as cell growth, reproduction, development and differentiation. The combination of estrogen receptor and estrogen can produce a series of biological effects by activating related pathways. This article reviews the structural characteristics of estrogen receptors, their correlation with breast cancer and signal transduction pathways as well as estrogen receptor modulators and estrogen receptor antagonist, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the study of the role of estrogen receptors in breast cancer development and related molecular mechanisms, and provide ideas for the design of novel drug candidates.
