| 摘 要： | 如何克服药物的耐药性和降低不良反应一直是抗艾滋病药物研究的重要任务。随着结构生物学和药物筛选技术的快速发展，抗艾滋病的新靶标及其抑制剂被不断发现，增加了治愈艾滋病的希望。通过综述近几年的相关研究，从新药研发的角度总结基于靶标的抗艾滋病药物最新研究进展，以期为抗艾滋病药物研发提供参考。

| Abstract: | At present, how to overcome drug resistance and alleviate side effects has been always a hot research topic in the field of anti-HIV medicinal chemistry. With the rapid development of structural biology and drug screening technology, new targets for anti-AIDS and their inhibitors have been discovered one after another, increasing the hope of curing AIDS. From the point of view of medicinal chemistry, this review summarizes and discusses current endeavors towards the new discovery and development in target-based anti-AIDS drugs, in order to inspire drug development. |
