柯萨奇B3病毒吸入致新生鼠持续气道高反应性的观察

摘    要:目的:观察新生鼠呼吸道吸入柯萨奇B3病毒(CVB3)后气道反应性的变化特征,探讨病毒感染与气道高反应性(AHR)之间的关系.方法:建立新生SD大鼠病毒感染模型,出生5 d新生鼠超声雾化吸入CVB3,接种后10 d取眼球血用ELISA法检测CVB3-IgM,6~8周用EJD-Ⅳ型多道生物信号分析系统测气道内压.结果:病毒组新生鼠血清中CVB3-IgM 的D值均在对照组+2s以上;接种后6~8周病毒组气道内压较对照组显著升高(P<0.01).结论:新生鼠吸入CVB3感染模型成立.持续的气道高反应可能与新生鼠吸入CVB3所致炎症有关.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the changes of airway reactivity after inhalation of coxsackie virus B3,and to study the relationship between airway hyperreactivity and viral infection.Methods:Five- day- old neonatal SD rats inhaled CVB3by ultrasonic brume were taken as airway virus infection m odel.Specific Ig M to CVB3in sera was detected by EL ISA ,and the airway inner pressure was measured by EJD- Multi- channel Recorder.Results:The sera from experimental group had higher optical density of CVB3- Ig M by EL ISA 10 d post- inoculation compared with that of the control group.The airway resistance response was significantly increased 6 - 8weeks after virus challenge compared with those of control anim als. Conclusion:The airway hyperreactivity response of experimental rats m ay correlate with the inflam mation in the airway induced by CVB3airway inhaling.
