IL-13和IgG在慢性肺源性心脏病的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨白细胞介素-13(IL-13)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)在慢性肺源性心脏病(肺心病)发病及治疗中的意义。方法用ELISA法分别测定30例肺心病急性加重期患者、16例肺心病缓解期患者及15例正常对照者血清IL-13水平;用比浊法测定其IgG水平。结果(1)肺心病急性加重期组和缓解期组IL-13均高于正常对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),肺心病急性加重期组IL-13水平高于缓解期组(P<0.05);(2)肺心病急性加重期组IgG水平显著高于缓解期组(P<0.05)和正常对照组(P<0.05),缓解期组与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)肺心病急性加重期组IL-13和IgG水平呈直线正相关(r=0.90,P<0.001)。结论IL-13与肺心病的发病有关,且和IgG一起与导致肺心病急性加重的感染有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of serum levels of IL-13 and IgG in patients with chronic cor pulmonale and the effect on treatment.Methods The level of IL-13 and IgG in 30 cases with cor pulmonale exacerbation,16 cases with cor pulmonale remission stage and 15 normal controls were determined by ELISA and turbidimetry.Results 1.The IL-13 level in cor pulmonale in the exacerbation stage and the remission stage were significantly higher than in the normal controls(P< 0.01,P<0.05).The IL-13 level was significantly higher in exacerbated patients than in remission(P<0.05);2.IgG level of the exacerbation stage was significantly higher than the remission stage and normal controls(P<0.05);3.IL-13 level in exacerbated patients showed positive correlations with IgG(r=0.90,P<0.001).Conclusion Cytokine factor IL-13 may have an effect on pathjogenesis of cor pulmonale.IL-13 and IgG may play an important role in the progress of infection which lead to the exacerbation.
